STEPS TO ORDER A PHOTO-VIDEO MOVIE
DVD
1. Organize & Prepare Your Photos.
A.
Gather your photos and label each one in sequence the way
you want them to appear in your slide show.
B. Label from
number 1 upward to 2
etc. and on the back of
photo print neatly so we
do not make mistakes
processing them.
Be careful when you are
writing numbers to not
use ball point pens
because they can cause
damage. Pencils are
better than ball points.
C.
Magic markers work even
better but let dry
before stacking photos
together. Or write
the number on a sticky
note and attach it to
the back of the photo.
D.
When sending DIGITAL
PHOTOS rename to (1.jpg
2.jpg etc) the way you want them
to be displayed.
E.
If you want photo
captioning, post on a
sticky on the back of
picture.
2. Fill out Order Form.
A.
Download correct order
form & fill out
everything. If you
need help contact us.
We are happy to help.
3. Package and Ship to Us.
A.
Provide adequate packing
materials for your
photos & video tape(s)
etc. to avoid damage
during shipping.
Put materials in a
plastic ziploc bag, then
put that bag into the
box you plan to ship in.
B.
Send us your photos,
music CDs, videotape(s)
and completed order
form. Use the
address on the order
form.
4.
Pay for Your Order.
A. You
will be notified by email or phone that your order has been
received by us. At that time, we will verify that the
cost is correct. You will go to our web site and
navigate to PayPal's payment center to remit payment.
PayPal is worldwide and very secure. They accept major
credit cards. After payment has been received by us
(usually in a day) we will proceed with your order. We
will work diligently on your movie and if needed, we will
email or call if we have any questions etc. If you
need to order anything that you forgot, please get in touch
with us ASAP.
5.
Your DVD Slide Show is Ready.
A. We
will promptly ship your print photos, digital photos,
videotapes etc. all the items you sent us, along with you
custom Photo-Video Movie. You will be able to sit back
and enjoy your show.
B.
Turn-around time is about 3-4 weeks. If you need
a Rush Order, please let us
know on the order form. The cost for that is 20%
extra. Sorry, no pick up's.
C. In
some Rush Orders, we can have
you up-load your digital photos to our site. Email us
and we will try to arrange for you to do so.
